Rally-raid and off-road competitions are among the most demanding mechanical disciplines in the world. For several days or even weeks, the vehicles face thousands of kilometers of tracks, sand, rocks, mud or dunes, in often extreme climatic conditions. Heat, dust, humidity, permanent vibrations, repeated shocks and logistics insulation impose an absolute requirement on each component of the vehicle. In this environment, reliability is no longer just a factor in performance: it determines whether you reach the finish line.

Mythical events like the Dakar, the Rally of Morocco, the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge, Baja or the many national Off-Road championships are real technological laboratories. Vehicles must provide crews with reliable and immediately usable information while ensuring continuous operation of electronic systems despite exceptional loads. Data acquisition, engine monitoring, energy management, human-machine interfaces, navigation, telemetry and supervision become essential tools to preserve performance throughout the test.

For nearly thirty years, XAP Technology has developped embedded electronic solutions designed to evolve in these particularly constrained environments. Digital dashboards, ECUs, data acquisition units, power electronics, energy management systems and monitoring software are developed and manufactured in France to ensure maximum availability, high mechanical robustness and clear readability of critical information, whatever the operating conditions.
